Our asset services group, City Building and Maintenance Services (CBMS), understands the relationship between people and the built environment. CBMS provide asset services in a number of environments including offices, industrial locations, entertainment facilities and heritage buildings.
CBMS aims to be the supplier of choice for all Council customers by providing the highest level of customer service and quality in its work. CBMS is a proud provider of asset services in the disciplines of Facility Management, Construction Management and Trade Services.
As the Electrical Compliance Officer you will:
identify customers’ needs and respond to inquiries
provide high level of technical advice on electrical safety legislation and regulations
monitor compliance of contractor works
complete site audits
ensure all work is performed in a manner which demonstrates Zero Harm commitment.
