Liverpool NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDE. The suburb has a healthy mix of commercial and residential areas and is getting a big boost from government investment. Liverpool has a below average violent crime rate and a below average property crime rate for Sydney.

My experience with Liverpool is that I was an assistant nurse there for about a year, my father had many medical appointments at the local hospital and I have generally been about the place.

I have also been a student nurse at the medical service in doonside which is next to blacktown. I'm a local from Auburn. While my family lives there still, I now live in the inner west.

Three reasons why I'd pick Liverpool.

It has a better reputation regarding the safety, and security compared to Blacktown.
I always felt safer walking around Liverpool compared to Blacktown area.
I feel Liverpool is much more up and coming compared to Blacktown.
Liverpool hospital is bigger, newly constructed and can take higher acuity (more sicker) people than Blacktown hospital. In short Liverpool is a level 1 trauma center and Blacktown is probably a level 3? Or lower. So if I was sick I would prefer to be treated at Liverpool hospital.
The train station at Liverpool is a major interchange. There are express trains to the city if you require.

I would suggest the crime figures are nowhere near as bad as have been suggested to you.

A quick look at NSW crime rate statistics suggests that Campbelltown is equal or lower to Western, South Western, Eastern Sydney on drug related offenses and assault.

Lived in the area for 30 years. The Campbelltown suburb is one of the oldest in the area. The campbelltown station/shopping/CBD feels very old and unattractive. Macarthur has a much nicer station/shopping/CBD.

If walking distance to a train station is a must I would definitely recommend MacArthur, even Leumeah over Campbelltown. If you can drive to a station I'd suggest looking at suburbs 5-10mins drive away from train line.

最近成交记录，都是HOUSE，都是600多平方米以上的砖房，类比墨尔本同样的区，但不知道CAMPBELLTOWN如何？

我理解坐火车1个小时或1个小时10分能到悉尼市中心的火车站都可以啊。
