看了这么多回复我觉得很无语, 我借这个例子告诉大家,如果你在apple网店买东西,有问题要退还你是不可以去retail store的.我觉得很不公平,这么大一个机构,不管是网站还是零售店都是apple为什么不可以换呢?

郑重声明,就算你在14天以内,你要换得话也是给你serviced items, 就是没有零售包装的,refurbished的机子。 有人建议说没有问题,那时你的选择,我不原意,为什么我买了一个新的东西,是坏的,拿去换得话就要接受二手的??我接受不了这个逻辑。

我相信不是不可以只是因为内部的原因他们不原意而已, 有时候你做事情按章办事不代表是对的。为什么这么多商店网上买的都可以在零售店退还,apple就不行呢??

我不满意这个政策,去投诉也不对了?

有人说几百块的东西至于马,这个很明显不是钱的问题,如果大家都是你这么想的话,现在apple为什么给澳洲的合约客户两年保修,他们家的政策也是一年, 难道不是因为有人觉得不合理据理力争, 现在ACCC怎么会让苹果屈服呢??但是有的人就觉得几百块的不至于。我只能说很多时候法律上是对的,情理上也不一定站的住脚,如果你觉得什么都无所谓那时你的生活态度。你也没有资格批评别人!

有果粉更搞笑说我是果黑, 我可以说你用的苹果的东西还不一定有我多,难道喜欢一个东西就不能批评他了?作的不好就要说,这样才会进步!!

还有人说我显摆英文,我觉得更搞笑, 你看不懂就不要来看了,不能打中文的情况下打英文也有错了。你要不待见英文就不要移民来English speaking country!!!

最后,大家爱在那里买就在哪里买,我的帖子是要分享给不希望网购有麻烦的人看得,不喜欢的人就绕道吧!不送!!!




md网上买的只能网上换货什么狗屁玩意,见过网店做得差的,没见过这么差的!

为了75块giftcard买了ipad air,收钱的时候就乱七八招,把giftcard就扣了!我还要用那个买mini2!后来不知道怎么又在信用卡把75又扣回去了!

用75块买了个mini2,结果在信用卡上扣了两次钱!invoice上面还没有显示gift card,都不知道有没有收对钱

寄过来的mini有坏点,拿去店里换又说网上买的只能网上换!有实体店为什么要网上换!太恶心啦

拿去caddy苹果店,二话不说就给换了。 没问题啊
