Full Time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
We are expert and highly competent in all aspects of taxation and business accounting. We work together with small to medium family owned businesses, superannuation funds, various entity structures and high net wealth individuals.
We are seeking those who hold a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/Degree of Accounting/Business qualification, or an equivalent international qualification, and would like to join our growing Bookkeeper/ Tax Consultant team.
Duties will include but not limited to
• Admin duties, incl. answering phones, data entry and filing
• Provide operational support to the Manager
• Processing Payroll including PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting
•
• Assisting accounting staff to prepare BAS and others reports
• Preparation of ASIC forms, correspondence and lodgements
• Liaising with ATO, ASIC and other governing bodies
• Other tasks as required to assist the Manager, accountants, and clients
Essential Skills and experience
• Processing Payroll including PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting
• Bookkeeping skills
• Knowledge of MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and similar programs
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Willing to learn, adapt and grow with the business
• Good work ethic
• More than 1 year experience in admin or bookkeeper role
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
