Belong 没有了$10的Plan了

We did, but as of 23 July Belongs $10 plan will no longer be available for new sign-ups.

How does this affect you?

If you're already on the $10 plan, this won't affect you. You'll remain on the plan.  

Once you've signed up, you'll be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month. You can also stay on the $25, switch to the $40 plan or cancel the service.

If you sign up on or after 23 July, while you won't be able to purchase the $10 plan when joining Belong. You will, however, be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month. You can also stay on the $25, switch to the $40 plan or cancel the service.

If you've purchased a $10 SIM kit from a retail outlet, you can sign up for the $25 plan, and will get a $15 credit against that plan cost for the first month. To do so, you’ll need to lodge a Support Request below.

Once you've signed up, you'll be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month. To change your plan head here.

第一次加入Belong并激活，是7月那个日期之后的？看4楼说明是7月之后激活的没有10刀plan了

如果第一次注册并激活实在7月前，现在只是换sim卡的操作，是不是应该还有10刀plan啊？

是可以改的，客服人手可以改，也说可以我自己改，但我自己在app里没有$10这个选项的。详细请看客服回复：

As per your support request, I understand that you want to downgrade your plan to $10 from next billing cycle.

Please be informed that Belong supports auto debit with postpaid service prior your billing date on 04th of every month.

As you have already chosen $25 plan on your activation you can downgrade your plan to $10/month after one billing cycle,

We would like to inform that our systems are designed in such way that we can change the bill plan only once in a bill cycle and the plan will be effective from next bill date.

So, you can downgrade to $10 plan any day after Nov 04th till Dec 04th that will be effective from that billing cycle(Dec 04th).

Let me know if you want to do it from my end or you can also do it by logging into your Belong account.

这个是新号码，10月4号第一次激活的。

credits 用完，就可以告别Belong了。现在网站改版中，老用户的界面也逐步变成新界面了，再也不能自己换卡充值了。

啊，不能换sim卡了？
我用的少，还有很多以前人家给的data，现在每月10刀交着，是不是也该换一家了
