看情况啊。转账或者现金存款笔笔超过10000就问题不大,对方经过了实名认证,也报了Austrac,银行满足合规义务。
就怕经常有人存大额现金去你账户,还控制在10000以下避免触发实名验证。这种符合Money Laundering Typology,银行一般会报Austrac,并且可能要求客户解释。
你的这种换汇可能会触发两条洗钱Red Flags。
