Part Time Conveyancing Assistant
About the role:
Joining a growing team, we are seeking an energetic assistant to provide a high quality service to our customers. You will be assisting the licensed conveyancer in all areas of conveyancing with ample opportunity to expand on your current skills and abilities.
About the duties:
• Diary and file management
• Preparing all necessary forms and documents
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• File maintenance and general administration
• Assistance in the settlement process using our conveyancing system from start to end of a file
About you:
• High level of attention to detail
• Team player and quick learner
• Good communciations skills both written and verbal
• Able to work autonomously in a high pressured environment
• Experience with Microsoft office
• Fluent Mandarin is preferred
About the firm:
We are a growing conveyancing practice located in Oakleigh centre. You will be joining a pro-active team who in return will mentor and help you grow professionally.
You must have the right to live and work locally and would like to work in this position at least 1 year to apply for this job.
