  Senior Designer    
Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you must have a standout portfolio that showcases your wonderfully crafted and conceptual approach to design and branding. Logo development and creating brand identities from scratch will be a strong skill of yours. You must be a solid designer who can hit the ground running, work autonomously from end to end and manage multiple projects at any one time.

Your portfolio will show your experience working on conceptual, creative campaigns, if any case study relates to the property field will be a plus. Experience with a similar agency would be highly beneficial. Print design and graphic design will be your strength, but you will have the fundamental knowledge of digital and understand its importance within design campaigns.

Skills Required:
- Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Possess an excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite software (Must: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).
- Have in-depth knowledge of the design process from concept to finished art.
- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Chinese speaker will be a bonus.
- Have high attention to detail

Experience Required:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience creating and designing artwork.
- You have the ability to operate seamlessly between a PC and a MAC environment.
- Experience with design for web, video and motion graphics preferable but not mandatory.
- Have experience in liaising with clients.
- Be able to work with deadlines
- Be able to multi-task

Marketing Account Manager
You must be a solid marketing/ account manager who can hit the ground running, work autonomously from end to end and manage multiple projects at any one time.

Responsibilities:
Working with teams in branding, marketing & front-end new web development through implementation and deployment, making sure each project goes smoothly through the whole process when working with clients. Marketing/ Account Manager prepares, monitors, and controls projects’ phases and provides up-to-date status reports on expenditures, projects, and related activities.
- In Charge of Clients’ Accounts for IT/Graphic/Marketing Planning, Development, and Support
- Well grasp Nexty pricing strategy and prepare quotation proposal for each potential project
- Project Planning & Resource Coordination including coordinating the schedules of several professional/management individuals and arranging meetings with internal teams or clients
- Schedule & Process management to make sure the project timeline is in track
- Internal and Client's Communications
- Project Status Reports/Updates
- Marketing Brainstorming / Research / Execution
- Copywriting in both English & Chinese

Skills Requirements:
* Work between our client and our internal team to implement and maintain online marketing initiatives.
* Hold marketing meetings and submitting periodically reporting to our client.
* Schedule work with our internal systems & team and managing the work from start to finish.
* Ensure that our work is delivered 100% accurately on or ahead of the deadline, surpassing client expectations.
* Provide marketing support to the various Marketing teams and departments
* Execute activity against the annual marketing plan
* Design, coordinate and implement effective direct and above the line
* Build a good understanding of member insights to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns

Other Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
* Experience in the Creative Agency (preferred)
* Great knowledge of the digital marketing industry in general; Web, Search Engine Marketing (Organic & * Google Adwords) & Social Media
* Great knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
* Impeccable spelling and grammar
* A forward-thinking approach and be able to see opportunities and problems before anyone else
* A high level of motivation
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
* Must be located in and authorized to work in Australia

You will need to have had a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.  You will need to be a team player, focused on the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.  Whilst your primary responsibility will be to look after one client, you will have other opportunities within our organisation to branch out once your feet are firmly under the desk.  Travelling out of Sydney from time to time will be essential.

IT Specialist (Intern)
Responsibilities:
Working with teams at front-end new web development through implementation and deployment. Maintain and enhance existing websites and other IT projects. Working with designers and developers to implement provided designs. The IT Account Executive prepares, monitors, and controls projects’ phases and provides up-to-date status reports on expenditures, projects and related activities. This role also coordinates the schedules of several professional/management individuals and arranges for meetings with internal teams or clients.

-Strong ability to work with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders for the purpose of gathering inputs for project planning, tracking, and reporting
-Excellent communication, organization, time management, presentation and facilitation skills
-Ability to communicate effectively with customers, different levels of management, and functional departments
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients at all levels.
-Strong knowledge of website development and implementation of administrative procedures
-Knowledge of the principles and practices of budgetary preparation, analysis, and control

Experience Required:
-Experience in an IT services environment.
-Familiarity with a professional IT services environment, either on supplier or customer side.
-Experience screening and evaluating resources in a project management environment.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
