GDN Non-renounceable Entitlement Issue

今天收到一封信

“Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue of 24 New Options for every 25 shares registered and entitled to participate at the record date at an issue price of A$0.01 per New Option(with an exercise price of $0.12 and an expiry date of 30 November 2010), to raise up to $3.8million

Existing holders of Options will not be entitled to participate in the Rights Issue. However they may exercise their Options prior to the Record date if they wish to participate in the Right Issue.

The company currently has the following unquoted Options on issue:

3.6million-> exercise price $0.20-> expiry date 30/04/10
1.2million-> exercise price $0.20-> expiry date 29/07/10
6.0million-> exercise price $0.20-> expiry date 25/02/11

Shareholder entitlement details

Existing shared entitled to participate at Record Date on 14 July 09: 14285
Entitlement to New Options on a 24 for 25 basis: 13714
Amount payable on full acceptance at A$0.01 per New Option: $137.14
Entitlement Number: 59686"

Receipt of the slip below by 5 Aug 09 with your payment....”

是GDN的，是不是我最多可以多买13714units? 还是我可以最多买59686unit? 是不是意味着我将用低价买，可以拉底我的买价?!? 跟普通shares一样我可以任何时间卖?

我不是很懂这些，有任何高见吗?

汗啊， 亏到底就$137.14 。。。 至不至于要亏死。。。
昨天早上我请几个女生喝早茶花了$133再加$3小费 。。。 是不是很奢侈的说。。。

这是COMPANY OPTION, 不是SHARE ENTILEMENT， 不要搞错。做做功课先吧。

是不是意思是我可以以$0.01买入13k+的units，然后在30 nov 09才可以以$0.12卖出?

等于我现在多给$137.14, 无论如何明年十一月尾我可以收到$0.11*13714unit = $1508.54？

不是， 是你花了0.01买了个机会， 允许你在有效期结束前再花0.12买GDN一股。
