关于143申请的FORM 40填写人

大神们，有个问题一直有点疑惑。假如我帮父母申请143，老公作经济担保人担保。然后这个FORM40 究竟是我填还是老公填呢？因为看到之前有些帖子说的，看似需要我填。可这FORM40已经交了，是老公填的咋办？

然后翻看FORM 40的表格解释：

Who can sponsor?
A sponsor for applicants applying for a Parent category visa,
Contributory Parent category visa, Aged Dependent Relative
visa, Remaining Relative visa or Carer visa, must be:
• aged 18 years or over; and
• an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an
eligible New Zealand citizen; and
• a relative of the applicant or if specified in the eligibility
criteria for the relevant visa class, a cohabiting partner of
the relative of the applicant; and
• be settled and resident in Australia at the time the
application is lodged.
Note: ‘Partner’ means your spouse or de facto partner
(including same-sex partners). ‘Cohabiting partner’ means
living together as husband and wife or as de facto partners.
Acceptable evidence of cohabitation would include the
relationship status of the sponsor and partner and a current
common residential address.

我的理解是女婿也可以填写的。求懂的同学解释解释，谢谢！

sponsor 指的是申请人的子女，就是你

你老公是assurer。你老公只需以后填AOS的申请表

你寄出去后，收到FN或扣款了吗？

我理解是，既然你40表不是您填的，移民局应该不会受理的。

似乎有点问题，但我的理解未必正确：
You can sponsor your parent for this visa if you are:
•18 years of age or older
•a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

If you are younger than 18 years of age:
•your spouse who is 18 years of age or older, your relative or guardian, or a relative or guardian of your spouse, can sponsor your parent(s). The sponsor must be a settled Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen.
•a community organisation can sponsor your parent(s) if:
◦they show there is a relationship between their organisation and you
◦a senior representative agrees for their organisation to support your parent(s) after their arrival in Australia.

无论如何，你要做的是抓紧时间和移民局打电话沟通啊。

你看看发FN给你的email是什么，一般是PVC1或PVC2之类的

您直接写EMAIL给他，subject那里写上你的FN号就可以了，分到CO后，会联系你的。

钱都扣了，就不担心了，资料有错，CO会让你补资料。
