还有几天就要出发，要办签证可能来不及了。
现在还有96小时过境的政策不？

呵呵，回复了那么多哦。我去信新加坡大使馆，他们这样给我回复。看来时间紧的同学，可以take chance.

Foreigners transiting in Singapore could be eligible for the Visa Free Transit Facility.

We would like to emphasise that the satisfaction of the VFTF criteria does not guarantee entry to Singapore as all visitors are subjected to the assessment and discretion of the immigration officer at the time of arrival. In some cases, airlines may also refuse to board passengers without a valid entry visa into Singapore. Therefore, we strongly advise all travellers who are from a visa-required country and plan to enter Singapore, to apply for a Singapore visa prior to the trip so as to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience or disruption to travel plans. For more information, please refer to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority website at: www.ica.gov.sg.

Kindly follow the guidelines below to apply for an Entry Visa to Singapore. This needs to be done prior to arrival in Singapore:-

Fill out form 14A (can be downloaded from http://www.mfa.gov.sg/content/mfa/overseasmission/canberra.html >> Visa Information >> Visa application for Nationals for Assessment for Level 1 countries) and paste one passport size photo onto form 14A
Provide us the original of your passport (must be valid for at least 6 months at the point of arrival in Singapore)
A copy of current Australian visa if a visa label is not in the passport.
Confirmed flight itinerary (Onward/return ticket)
Self-addressed envelope (Please speak to Australia Post or a courier company to arrange safe transport) Please note that the Singapore High Commission is not liable or will bear any responsibilities for the loss of any travel documents (including passports) and identification papers (including identification, birth certificates, married certificates, money orders, contracts, etc) in the mail."
A fee of A$25 per person by Money Order or Bank Cheque, please make it payable to "Singapore High Commission, Canberra". (If applying for more than 1 person, one Money Order/Bank Cheque of # of persons x A$25)

没有办，也顺利过境。不过在transfer e 花二十块买个boarding pass 更方便。出关都省了

第一次从澳洲过境新加坡回国内，被告知，96小时VFTF只能使用一次，下次再过境就需要签证。
从国内回来的时候依然选择新加坡过境（SCOOT便宜呀！），选TIGER，在CHANGI机场T2航站楼，转机柜台E花20块钱就可以打印出下一站的登机牌。不用出境，在TRANSIT里面商店逛到登机即可。

TRANSFER E好像可以办理SCOOT TIGER 还有新航的登机牌打印。JETSTAR的话，就不可以。其他非廉价航空应该都会有转机柜台。

够清楚了没，码了这么多字。

从新加坡政府的签证信息上没找到96小时的VFTF信息，不知道是不是现在改了

是改了，现在已经把原来的说明页面删除了。
过关的时候咨询过关员，说只能使用一次了。下次来就得申请新加坡签证。
申请签证好像是三十块吧，还不如付钱买那个登机牌，免了许多麻烦。如果有行李托运的，也会帮你付运，和联程一样。

出关后再入关，如果手提行李超过10kg的话，还有一个麻烦，会给TIGER的人拦下，要求行李称重，超重部分要给钱，好像挺贵的，因为看见不少人扔掉了行李内的东西。

再告诉她需要办签证她非弄死我不可

两周前从北京回澳的时候在新加坡转机，在新加坡机场出关的时候拿着机票过去敲个章就行了，不要钱，也不要其他手续。
澳洲/中国护照一样

一个月足够办签证了，一般一个星期就可以下签了。

在中国办的话要人直接去
让我妈大老远跑趟北京她会跟我急的

她护照不在我手上我也没办法帮她在这边办

那就没办法了，打电话给TIGER买个转机的TIGERCONNECT吧。

我定票的时候忘了买了

她说她要是找不到在哪买就让人家再把她遣返回中国

TRANSFER E，中日英三语提示的好像，不会找不到。
