I'm not a parent, have no idea how hard it feels, and I don't want to trivialise your feeling. But judging by your earlier posts, it appears her deformity is only superficial. Sure she may not be able to play guitar or piano or some other instruments, but she can do just about anything else (including driving and painting and writing) and can live a life as productive as anyone else.
With a loving parents like yourselves and an advanced society like Australia I'm sure she'll grow up pretty much forgetting the deformity is there, and perhaps becomes an inspiration to many.
