This position is an autonomus role where the candidate will be expected to manage the activities in the cleanroom environment; using the laser writer to expose patterns in a photoresist resin, and then using wet chemistry, develop the photoresist much like a photograph and etch the underlying layer of Chrome to produce a Chrome on Glass photomask. Experience with high powered lasers, associated optics, and working with strong chemical processes are required. Experience in working in a class 100/1000 cleanroom is also desirable.
