学校应该是不行，
别的看个人观点了，虽然听上去是个烂区但是也没听说过有什么治安事件

生活还是很方便的有华人店。交通的话，旁边就是M5。火车也有快车到city，很方便。
但是学校不行，治安的话有很多贫民屋还有旁边就是punchbowl，名声不太好。
这个区我觉得投资还可以。

地点算不错，交通也方便，就是人的问题。治安方面，大问题可能没有，但是偷盗抢应该比较常见。至少我朋友的车就被砸过一次。

oh really? so a few houses are still over 1.3 mil? worthy or not? I want to move to Riverwood.

就地点来说那里的house绝对值130W。一站就到Wollicreek。但是其他方面就不行了。可能你买了以后要多熬几年才能熬出头。

这个没碰到就算运气。我住ashfield 8年。没遇到一次危险，但我有个朋友刚住一年就被抢劫了。我房东车也被砸过。Ashfield可比Riverwood强多了，都不能避免。而且Riverwood那里有廉价屋，所以那里居民的层次不咋地。所以就我的观点，应该比auburn还要差点

the best location to buy in that area is railway south and Belmore Rd east, quiet streets that are within 500 meters walk to Riverwood or Narwee station.

我朋友是住在peakhurst park旁边的Hedley st上，duplex也就是1百万出头一点。除了几条大马路，其它streets应该都还可以吧。
