据我所知，CBA MISA ACCOUNT的到目前为止还不是真正意义offset account，有很多限制条件，比如不能Bpay。

No. However, you can transfer funds from your home loan/MISA account to your statement or Credit Card account and then make a BPAY bill payment.

Home loan/MISA - You can transfer funds to and from your MISA using NetBank's ‘transfer money’ function. Depending on your type of loan and the amount of special repayments you have made, you may also be able to transfer funds from your home loan using NetBank's ‘transfer money’ function (conditions apply).
Joint account holders need to complete the Contract Home Loan Authority  prior to being able to withdraw funds.

不是说Bpay好不好的问题，还是说CBA的MISA是否具备一般银行账户的功能。
