标题: how to fry crispy potato
I want to cook the small potato in whole,but try many time and cant make it crispy outside(I fry the potato). Please give me some advice.

我没试过炸，因为不爱起油锅
我常用煎的，小土豆煮熟后轻轻按扁些，锅里放一薄层油，然后用小火慢慢煎，一面煎透了，翻面再煎另一面

水煮熟先

炸一遍不脆炸二遍

还不行浸蛋液裹面包糠炸

用叉子多戳几个洞

要不然会炸爆
