4 possibilities:
         1. the house can not rented out, buyer can not get proper cash flow, sell quick.
         2. the buyer is a builder,  just wants to do some renovation, and sell, to make profit quickly.
         3. the buyer wants to live there, but the house has some major problems, such as termite.
         4. the buyer regrets he  paid too much on the house, so he wants sell it ASAP before the market is cooling down.
