I have inspected this house which due to be auction on this Saturday a few times.

I was amazed by high number of Chinese people came and inspected this house.  I have to wait in a queue with 15 others couples. signs of a heating up market in Burwood east.

but bad for me as the price I think will be over 80W.

well over 80w.....otherwise good luck and try another suburb....that is what I have been told by many burwood east agents.


I have tried to submit a high 70w offer for this one 8 bonview crescent ( http://www.realestate.com.au/pro ... wood+east-118804231 ) but been rejected...... ....

agent told me some Chinese investors may even turn this house into a 7 rooms plus student accommodation and it can generate $700 from rent every week.

I have overheard another buyer told to his wife that he (chinese)  would subdivide the house's sunroom and lounge into another three to four rooms plus existing 3 bedrooms. then he will rent all these 7 to 8 rooms out to students. he was talking to agent about he could make at least $700 a week....
