We wouldn’t blame MedAdvisor Limited (ASX:MDR) shareholders if they were a little worried about the fact that Joshua Swinnerton, the Founder recently netted about AU$3.3m selling shares at an average price of AU$0.33. That’s a big dump, and it decreased their holding size by 40%, which is notable but not too bad.

这股跟了3 年了。流通性有点差，容易暴涨暴跌。

论前景谈不上，不过本月medical 是最强板块之一，还是有机会的。

Beijing will roll out the technology first, with the Chinese government investigating nationwide adoption.

Commenting on the importance of this development, executive chairman James Tsiolis said, “We are proud to be supporting the people of Beijing during an extremely difficult period for the city and the people of China.

‘’iLinkAll’s VSN has been selected as the city’s first batch of ‘remote and mobile’ technology solutions to help small to medium-sized companies and their professional workers remotely log into their office and help those businesses get back to work.

“We anticipate a similar program will be initiated nationally to assist other impacted cities and communities.

“We also believe being a selected provider by the Beijing Government will deliver increased visibility of our capabilities to the Chinese business community.”

Further adoption of the technology

Today, NetLinkz announced iLinkAll would provide development and technical services in conjunction with its software to Pinnacle Shanghai whose customers include Morgan Stanley, Nomura and Aon Insurance.

The one year contract agreement will generate revenues for iLinkAll of RMB 1,000,000 (A$225,000) and will lead to a second phase of revenue generation to provide additional on-premise services and licences according to demand from Pinnacle’s clients.

Just last week, the Beijing iLinkAll Science and Technology company signed an agreement to provide its Virtual Secure Network software to a World Bank sponsored initiative to improve water supply and sanitation services in selected areas of the Deyang Municipality of the Sichuan Province which has a population of 81 million.

The project is a public private partnership initiated by the World Bank.

iLinkAll will provide development and technical services in conjunction with its software to the project.

Netlinkz’s subsidiary Netlinkz Technology Hong Kong will own 80 per cent of iLinkAll while iSoftStone will own the remaining 20 per cent
The previous split was 51 per cent iSoftStone and 49 per cent Netlinkz but was changed due to Netlinkz supplying significant management expertise and financial resources
The company also announced a revised revenue for 2020 from $10.1 to $15.3 million
Netlinkz’s share price has closed with no change, with shares trading for 13 cents apiece
Netlinkz (NET) has finalised its China joint venture agreement with iSoftStone Information and Technology Beijing iLinkAll Technology.

Through Netlinkz’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Netlinkz Technology Hong Kong Limited will own 80 per cent of iLinkAll with an entity nominated by iSoftStone owning 20 per cent.

Netlinkz has previously announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with iSoftStone to enter into a joint venture agreement where iSoftStone would own 51 per cent and Netlinkz the remaining 49 per cent.

The change to 80 per cent Netlinkz and 20 per cent iSoftStone reflects the acknowledgement by iSoftStone that Netlinkz is supplying significant management expertise and financial resources to ensure the success of iLinkAll.

This change in structure has meant that Netlinkz can revise its previously announced expected revenue from Jan 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, from $10.1 to $15.3 million – which was also announced today.

这里讨论的MDR，怎么扯到NET上去了？：）不过既然提到了，就谈一谈.
1.公司的产品比如VSN Lite—云端解决方案，为这次疫情期间进行云会议帮助很大，客户包括政府部门及企事业单位。（政府里面肯定有人，中国的事情你懂的～）
2.NET被列为中国政府指定服务提供商，是唯一一家外资企业，其他几家都是国内巨无霸公司：阿里、腾讯！
3.主要业务不在欧美和澳洲，而在中国，中国已经逐渐从疫情中率先走出，恢复生产生活。
4.收购中国外商独资企业上海澳发，以巩固与软件巨头北京软通动力（iSoftStone）的合作纽带。
5.今年Netlinkz预计将实现十倍以上的业绩增长，拥有在华独资实体，将促进中国市场销售回款，加速度创收。

华为不是竞争对手，NET和中国的合作方是软通，软通是给华为提供外包服务的。

楼主，这股票我也入了，但是我有些纳闷，业绩涨了250% 为啥股票还是下行的。
