前两天申请了父母的离境申请

Critically or seriously ill close family

不是的，是说你离境还得通过正常手续那一关。豁免出境不代表不需要走那些检查流程。

这句话的意思离境该遵守的规章制度还是需要遵守的，这个离境豁免不是豁免规章制度的
