文件这么写的
You can release funds under the FHSSS
if you are 18 or over, have not used the
FHSSS before, and have never owned real
property in Australia.
You will be
eligible if you meet all eligibility criteria, even
if you plan to purchase with a partner who
does not meet the criteria.

看最后一句，那如果之前夫妻共同名字买过房，就不满足了，如果房子只在一个人名下，另一个人还可以用super再买，是这个意思？
